Job Description Compensation: $37.07 - $55.61 / hour(Exact rate is determined on a case-by-case basis commensurate with experience level, as well as education and certifications pertaining to each position which may be above the listed job requirements.)

How You Will Fulfill Your Potential (Responsibilities)- Perform high-quality diagnostic breast ultrasound exams and assist with ultrasound-guided breast biopsies or localized procedures following established protocols.
- Provide exceptional, compassionate, and patient-centered care, understanding the sensitive nature of diagnostic breast imaging.
- Present detailed technical and imaging findings directly to the reading Breast Radiologist.
- Utilize Radiology Information Systems (RIS) and PACS to maintain flawless digital patient records and ensure corporate compliance.
What You Bring (Qualifications)- Education: Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
- Credentials: ARDMS or ARRT registered. Breast Registry (BR) certification is highly preferred (registry-eligible candidates with strong breast imaging experience must obtain breast certification within 2 years of hire).
- Certification: Current BLS Certification (or obtained at time of hire).
- Experience: 1-3 years of dedicated breast ultrasound or outpatient imaging experience preferred, but passionate new graduates with strong clinical rotations in breast imaging are welcome to apply.
- Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, students, staff, and physicians
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to a variety of people
- Ability to coach and teach at the adult level
- Ability to promote and work in a team setting
- Ability to work with computer applications related to patient care/documentation
- Ability to understand medical terminology
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a patient population of diverse educational, cultural, spiritual, and socioeconomic backgrounds
- Must possess strong skills in computers technology and problem solving
