Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout the Role:Brubella Incorporated is looking for a reliable and motivated Produce Delivery Driver to join our team in Freehold, NJ. In this role, you'll be the face of our company — ensuring fresh, quality produce reaches our customers safely and on time.Responsibilities:Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport fresh produce to customers on assigned routesLoad and unload produce shipments, ensuring proper handling to prevent damageVerify delivery accuracy by checking orders against invoices and manifestsMaintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked delivery vehicleBuild positive relationships with customers through professional and courteous serviceAdhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policiesReport vehicle maintenance needs and complete pre/post-trip inspectionsRequirements:Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordPrior experience in delivery driving, logistics, or food distribution preferredAbility to lift and carry up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shiftStrong time management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlinesFamiliarity with local routes in and around Freehold, NJ is a plusDependable, punctual, and able to work early morning hoursBasic math skills for verifying orders and handling delivery documentationWhat We Offer$18.00 per hourStable, consistent schedule (approximately 35 hours per week)W-2 position — no cash or off-the-books work401(k) planScheduleStart at 5:30 AM and finish around 12:00 PMApproximately 35 hours per weekOne weekend day required (Saturday or Sunday)About Us:Brubella Incorporated is a trusted name in produce distribution, proudly serving the Freehold, NJ area with a commitment to freshness, quality, and reliability.
