Weekend Crew Team MemberWe are seeking motivated, friendly, and reliable team members to join our weekend crew. Team members are responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and delivering high-quality products, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and supporting the team in day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities:Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient servicePrepare food items following company recipes and quality standardsMaintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, dining, and storage areasHandle cash, credit, and digital transactions accuratelyFollow all food safety and sanitation proceduresAssist in inventory management and product rotationSupport team members and management as neededQualifications:Must meet state and federal minimum age requirements (18 depending on local regulations)Ability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts with available shifts during week for high performersExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to stand, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periodsPrevious experience in food service is a plus, but not requiredBenefits:401kPaid Time OffFlexible schedulingTraining providedOpportunity for advancementEmployee discountsPay range is calculated using the base pay rate and other compensations which include phone usage, vehicle usage, and tips and can fluctuate.
