To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Associate Production Supervisor - Paint-Line located in Dallas, TX. Reporting to the Sr Director, Operations,the Associate Production Supervisor - Paint-Line will be responsible for directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality, and cost goals.1st Shift: 6:30 am a 2:30 pmWhat a typical day looks like:Lead daily production activities across assigned lines to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.Monitor and evaluate operational performance, implementing improvements to drive efficiency and output.Supervise and support production teams, including coaching operators and improving performance.Troubleshoot operational issues and collaborate with engineering or maintenance to resolve them.Prioritize production schedules based on materials, equipment, and customer requirements.Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and proper training/certification of personnel.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:2+ years of experience in production manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of electrostatic painting, E-coat, conveyor systems, or similar finishing processes is must.Exposure to people leadership or process coordination within a manufacturing setting.Foundational technical and operational skills applied in a production environment.Effective communication skills, with the ability to write reports and interact with cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, including interpreting data and applying basic mathematical concepts.Shift availability.#LI-EA1EA42SS26AA01CH12MS14CC11EC37PF38JS21NV60FL75What you'll receive for the great work you provide:Full range of medical, dental, and vision plansLife InsuranceShort-term and Long-term DisabilityMatching 401(k) ContributionsVacation and Paid Sick TimeTuition Reimbursement Application Deadline:Applications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
